This was a busy week, with Ken’s Leaf green Bugeye arriving for local service, Buzzbug (yellow) leaving on a large lift-gate truck for Georgia and Stretch (white) leaving in a two car enclosed hauler.
This 1971 Mini Cooper roadster conversion needs a new home. If you are looking for a project, here’s an inexpensive Mini to enjoy. There is an engine and transmission installed and you should presume that everything will need restoration. The car has been sitting for a number of years. It did run and drive in this configuration but has been sitting a long time and will need to be completely gone through.
Sometimes the world just seems broken, and this past week in particular, with the crisis in Ukraine unfolding, I am feeling like the intensity of modern life is turned up to “11.”
