This is a one family car, bought new by dad and now restored by us for the son. Here from Georgia, this is a nice survivor that needs a fair bit of floor attention. Check out the video below, in which I discuss the plan of attack!
You can see prep beginning in the photo below. Below, you can also see the battery box underside with a pop riveted patch… we’ll cut out and weld-in a new battery box!
This car is nice enough that we should be able to restore the floor and leave the top sides along (at least after some buffing) and make this car into a great driving original-ish machine! We’ll have an update next week!
