Sterling is available again, for $27,995.
We just got through putting a ton of work into this spectacular machine to make it even better, including installing three point retractable seat belts, new premium front lever shocks, a front sway bar kit, fresh battery, a complete rebuild of the rear suspension and axle including a freshly rebuilt 3.9 differential, new leaf spring bushings, fresh rear wheel cylinders and axle seals, and more! New custom exhaust header to allow the upgraded Datsun engine to breathe its best! This is a head- turning Spridget!

The buyer of this car is looking for a stunning Spridget re-interpretation with all the best upgrades. That buyer wants a turnkey car, with all the work and service already done. Fly-in, drive home. We have sorted-out anything needing attention so that you get to enjoy from day one! No need to buy it and wait for it to be fixed or rebuilt!
This is a superb Spridget that has been appropriately modded with really cool upgrades. “Sterling” is a 1964 Midget, dressed-up with a custom leather interior, Stayfast top and tonneau, new wire wheels and Michelin XAS tires, Datsun 1300 engine, Datsun fully synchronized five-speed transmission and more! Paint work is excellent. Color is stunning. This is an excellent restoration.

This Datsun engine (which is about the same size as a 1275 A series engine) is superior because of the lighter and better aluminum head and five main bearing crankshaft, far stronger than the three main bearing crankshaft you’d find in a 1275 Spridget. Because this car is built in a non-stock color with non-stock leather seats and other upgrades, that Datsun engine is a nice upgrade on a car where conforming to originality is no longer important. It’s a powerful car and a great build. Plus that Datsun engine should be much more durable then the British counterpart. And the performance was also upgraded during a recent engine rebuild.

If you want a roll-up window sportscar that is unique and gorgeous, this is worth serious consideration! Check out the driving video below, up to 75 MPH!
