This is a well-sorted and fun Bugeye! We’ve owned Willis twice and each time we have made the car better for the new owner. So here’s a chance to purchase a car that has been through out fettling process twice! Thus the car is ready to go! Nicely set up, ready to roar, check out the video below!
The car has a strong 1275 with our complete custom exhaust for an excellent note! Three point seat belts and lots of upgrades. Call if you want to hear more and review prior build sheets. Lots of upgrades have been made to make an excellent car!
The last time that Willis was at our location was in 2021. At that time a laundry list of upgrades and reliability repairs were made. Some of these repairs include:
– Rear brakes gone through and replaced; new rear wheel, cylinders, shoes, and hoses
– New master cylinder
– New slave cylinder & pushrod
– New 165 Vredestein tires & new Anthracite Minilite wheels
– Freshly rebuilt front and rear shocks with new dog bones
– Solid state fuel pump mounted
– H4 style headlights with LED bulbs
– An aluminum radiator for premium cooling
– Complete re-wire job with a new dip switch, fuse block and solid state regulator
Beforehand, we saw Willis in 2013 where it underwent its first round of upgrades. At this time, the bits that were added include:
– K&N lifetime air filters
– Rebush the steering column
– Fabricate/fit a new short tonneau
– Larger rear view mirror
– Adjust the valves
As you can see above, a beautiful top and side curtains also come with Willis, making this car road worthy for most of the year!
