Now SOLD to Douglas in Pennsylvania! Congratulations!!!
Here’s a fun opportunity to complete a Bugeye that is under construction and almost done.

Casper is a long time Arizona car (with a clear Arizona title). It was purchased in 2006 by a father & son team who began restoration at that time at dad’s house in Milwaukee. When dad got sick and time and space no longer allowed for build sessions, we brought the car here to evaluate and ultimately move this Sprite on to the next team of builders.

It shouldn’t take much to make this car into a driver and we have any missing parts that may be required (in our parts catalog) to get this one complete.

We are overloaded with projects at the moment, so we decided to move this one to a new home just as it sits so that someone can have a fun winter project.

Much of the heavy lifting has been done… the floors were replaced and the car was painted and looks quite good. There are a few imperfections on the right side of the nose, which you can see in the photo album.

If you take this one on, you’ll need new seats, fresh gas, and a new battery to make it run. The tires are old and have some cracks and the windshield will need to be replaced. I’d put in a new gas tank too. We have all those parts here, and can load them in the car before it departs if you like.
The engine turns over but we didn’t try to start it because the fuel is old and needs to be drained, so we are going to leave that to the next owner.

The panel kit is nearly new and there is additional vinyl included to recover the dashboard in the correct matching deep red color. A new red carpet kit is also included, so you can finish the interior.

If you are looking for a project but don’t want to do any bodywork, this one is worth a serious look!
